To send a matter proposition, write it in the text field.

Fill the form to add a proposition to vote for person. Select persons for the list of meeting participants, or suggest another name. Gender must be specified.

To ask to speak, select a matter, choose Ask to speak and click Save. You are now on the speaker list.

In a vote for persons you choose between the proposed names and cast your vote when you have enough candidates on the ballot. If there are special requirementes for a vote, such as each ballot must have at least two women and two men, the requirements needs to be met before you can cast your vote.
